Why are you running for office?

To bring unity to our Democratic party, partner with our allies, strengthen ties on all levels of government by developing a positive partnership for the benefit of Bolingbrook.

What do you see as the role of Young People in our communities and our Party?

You are our base. You are the future of the Party and we must start including young voices in our decision making processes. We have to better communicate and I value your opinions and ideas. I am not the "it always worked like that" guy - what worked 30 years ago may not work today. I get it!

If elected to office, what will you do to elevate the voices and concerns of Young People?

Immediately identify a younger person to mentor and be a part of a succession plan. Give young people a voice and a platform in a culture where they feel free to speak and feel comfortable voicing opinions because I will LISTEN!

Why are you proud to be a member of the Democratic Party?

I am proud to be a part of the party of inclusivity, women's rights, support of labor unions and the idea that there is room under the tent for everybody.
